Share your experiences of reflective practice

I am currently carrying out research for a new book, hopefully to be published in 2014, to be called 'A Guide to Reflective Practice in Deaf Education.' The book will be aimed at CSWs, Educational Interpreters, managers, supervisors, mentors etc. In addition to including explanations of reflection and reflective practice etc I would like to include quotations from people who have benefitted from using reflective practice.
