teacher of the deaf needed

I do hope I can get someone out there who can be of assistance to me. I have a 24 year old son who is profoundly deaf and needs to improve his English in order to do a dental technology course. He currently works part time in a dental lab but can not be a registered technician without doing this course.
I think we will like a retired teacher of the deaf or someone currently teaching who can give 4 - 6 hours a week. We live in orpington and of course will be willing to pay for the service as we are rather desperate.
Anyone out there who can help?
