C.S.W. RATES OF PAY

Hi Does anyone know what the NATED guidelines for pay are? I think a survey was done in 2009
but I cant find any results, thanks

I don't believe there are any NATED guidelines for CSW rates of pay. ACSW did a national fees and salaries survey in 2009 (headed by Andy Appleby, ACSW regional representative for London region) but received just 10 replies. We considered this not enough data to warrant publishing, and certainly not enough to extrapolate any national trends or advise any outcomes.
We are reluctant to publish any form of pay scale for various reasons. However, many salaried CSWs are on the 'Unqualified Teacher's' scale which is easy to ascertain, but may vary by region.
We may revisit this in the future.
