Do you have one CSW dedicated to a student?

We have a student doing a course where the CSW needs specialist subject knowledge. One of us has this knowledge, the other is far less confident in the area. On the other hand if one just of us were to work with this student because of cover difficulties in the case of absence and the student becoming too dependant on the one person. What do others think?
